The scene behind your teammate is a per-deployment setting you own. Choose a designed scene, upload your own, or build a branded background around your logo — and every change is versioned and written to the audit log.

Designed scenes and your own uploads

More than twenty designed scenes are ready to select. If none fits, upload your own image instead. Either way, the background applies to the teammate you are configuring, and you can change it whenever you like.

Build a branded background

The branded-background builder composites your logo into a framed scene. Upload the logo as an SVG, PNG, or JPG up to 10 MB — a transparent SVG or PNG gives the cleanest result. You can add a short message, one idea per line, and pick a mat color. The builder fits the logo to a matching frame and shows a live preview before you save. Saved backgrounds go to your tenant’s library, so any teammate in the tenant can reuse them. The logo upload and the finished background pass a content check, and you confirm your organization holds the rights to the mark.

Blur

Turn on blur to soften the scene behind the teammate. Blur keeps the character sharp and readable while the background recedes — useful when a scene would otherwise compete with the teammate for attention.
