Plans & meeting-hours
Last updated July 2026 · ~3 min read
MeetCrew is priced per named teammate, not per seat. You pay for the AI participants you deploy and the meeting-hours they use — not for every person who sits in the room.
The three plans
Starter is $400 per teammate per month, with 50 meeting-hours per teammate per month and up to 4 named teammates. It includes the animated avatar within your meeting-hours, persistent memory, and Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet, governed through Entra.
Growth is $2,250 per month for up to 5 teammates, with 250 pooled meeting-hours per month and everything in Starter, plus priority support and onboarding. Additional teammates are $400 per month each.
Enterprise starts at $7,500 per month for up to 10 teammates, with 750 pooled meeting-hours per month. It adds a security review, a DPA, and residency options, plus tenant-admin governance at scale. Enterprise is an annual agreement.
What a meeting-hour is
A meeting-hour is one hour of a named teammate participating in a meeting. Your plan sets how many are included each month.
Pooled vs per-teammate hours
On Starter, each teammate has its own 50-hour allowance. On Growth and Enterprise, meeting-hours are pooled across all teammates, so a busy teammate can draw on hours a quieter one did not use.
Annual billing
Annual billing takes 15% off Starter and Growth. Enterprise is billed annually by default.
A fifth named teammate moves you from Starter to Growth. See “Add or remove a teammate” for how plan boundaries work.
