Voices come from Azure AI Speech neural voices, and you browse them by character to find the one that fits. Each voice has a per-voice preview, so you hear it before you commit rather than guessing from a label.

Set a speaking style

Once you have a voice, set a speaking style to shape its delivery. Style pairs with the personality instructions you wrote elsewhere — the voice carries the tone, the instructions carry the intent.

Premium and exact voices

Two paths go beyond the browse experience. Use the premium Dragon HD tier when you want the highest-fidelity delivery. Or, if you already know exactly which Azure voice you want, enter its exact name directly instead of browsing for it.

When changes take effect

A voice change applies to the teammate’s next meetings, not to one already in progress — a voice never changes mid-conversation.
