What is MeetCrew?

MeetCrew puts the chat agent you already run into meetings as a named, visible participant. It does not replace your agent or supply the reasoning. It fronts the agent you already built and gives it a seat at the table.

What it is

MeetCrew is a meeting-presence layer. It joins Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet meetings on behalf of a chat agent you already operate: a Copilot Studio agent, an Microsoft Foundry Agent Service agent, an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or a custom webhook. It provides the parts an agent cannot provide for itself in a meeting: presence, a synthesized voice, an on-screen character, cross-meeting memory, disclosure, and runtime controls.

What it is not

It is not just a notetaker. You still get the transcript, the summary, and the action items — that is the floor — but MeetCrew also takes part in the meeting, remembers across meetings, and hands that memory back to your agent to act on. And it is not an agent platform: it does not reason, does not hold your domain knowledge, and does not compete with the tools you use to build agents. Your bound backend agent decides what to say; MeetCrew voices it.

The core loop

MeetCrew takes part, remembers, and hands memory back to your agent. It answers when addressed by name, keeps a structured, searchable record of what happened — decisions, open questions, action items — and exposes that record to your agent over an MCP server so the agent can act on it.
