Managed identity, in-Azure
Authenticate through your Azure subscription; managed identity is preferred. Everything runs inside the Azure boundary, Entra-governed and disclosed.
Bind Microsoft Foundry Agent Service in a few steps.
- On the teammate’s Backend binding step, choose Microsoft Foundry Agent Service and supply the agent’s endpoint.
- Authenticate with your Azure subscription credentials — managed identity where your setup supports it.
- The teammate’s name, role, and tone are injected through the agent’s instructions; MeetCrew’s memory tools are registered for the agent to call.
- Invite the teammate. It joins disclosed and speaks your agent’s reply in the room.
Credentials are stored as Azure Key Vault secret references — never raw secrets. note Microsoft Foundry Agent Service was formerly Azure AI Agent Service; your admin console may still show the older name.
